This may look like a typical
LP based guitar, but I have made a few changes which I beleive makes
this a much more playable guitar.
This guitar has a 25.5 inch scale which helps to increase
string tension and combined with a compound radius fingerboard allows
a real low action
even with the lightest gauge strings without any choking on two, three
or four tone string bends.
The body is slighly smaller than a standard LP with
a few changes to the curves that makes it feel just that little bit better.
The body is light weight Tulipwood with a rear mahogany veneer. The
top is flame tropical Olive and bound with maple and walnut back and
front.
The neck is three piece maple and two piece Walnut with double bound
fingerboard and headstock with a bookmatched burr Walnut headstock veneer.
