Repairs.Over the years I have encountered just about every type of repair imaginable, whether its a broken headstock, a split banjo velum, dented paintwork or a double Bass run over with a Transit van, your in safe hands.
Warwick "Alien" BassThe sides on these basses are Not reinforced and as they are made of Ovenkal (or amazakoue) they are very fragile and easily damaged.
The side is split through almost it's entire length.
The weakest point ! Damaged side removed.

Finding a piece of Ovenkal to match would be pretty impossible, so a piece of mahogany was used to replace the damaged side. |
|||||||
Now the bass is fully repaired and the new side is colour matched and painstakingly wood grained to match the original Ovenkal sides. |

This Tele was dropped leaving a nasty dent and damaging a large area of paintwork. It looks drastic but this is a fairly straight forward repair to do.
